Music at St Peter's
We are a SATB choir of around 30. We lead the music for sung Eucharist, Choral Evensong, Taizé services and family Together-at-Ten. Our choral repertoire ranges across the centuries from plainchant to the 21st Century. We present concerts and performances for special occasions. In recent years, we have sang ‘Olivet to Calvary’ by John Maunder (2013), ‘The Passion of Christ’ by Arthur Somerville (2014) and Haydn’s ‘Seven Last Words’ (2015). We are planning a choral concert in March 2016 (Holy Week). If you would like to sing with us please contact our Director of Music, Patrick.
